HEDGERON does not take custody of trading capital. You fund a dedicated exchange subaccount and decide when capital moves. The platform receives only the trading permissions required to operate the selected engine.

02 · API SECURITY
Unsafe access is refused — not merely warned about.
HEDGERON WILL REFUSE AN UNSAFE API KEY.
The connection gate requires a dedicated Standard Subaccount, minimum Contract Order and Position permissions, and no withdrawal access. Main-account keys and excessive permission sets are rejected before credentials are stored.

SHIELD RESPONDS.
Sentinel observes the strategy and risk state. Shield can move from Sleeping to Armed, Active and Release when approved rules call for an adaptive protective hedge. Proprietary triggers remain private.
Protection changes exposure; it does not guarantee profit, prevent every loss or eliminate liquidation risk.

Independent operational oversight.
HEDGERON Supervisor continuously checks critical services, data freshness, execution consistency, exchange connectivity and reconciliation. Its owner console is isolated from the trading engines and cannot place orders.

Replay Lab uses locked strategy definitions and historical market data. Results are identified as historical and include realized outcomes, drawdown, fees and funding where the selected evidence set supports them.

Failure is planned for, not ignored.
Critical trading state is persisted and reconciled after restart to prevent duplicate economic actions. Backup and restoration evidence is published only after the corresponding control has passed.
Public-impact incidents are communicated through the independent Status Page. Security-sensitive details and customer data are never placed in public status updates.

Help before and after purchase.
The public Help Center explains setup, API security, risk, Replay, Sentinel and Shield before registration. Human escalation remains available for financial, security and uncertain cases.
Support will never ask for your exchange password, email password, 2FA seed, wallet seed phrase or withdrawal-enabled API key.
